Miss Fareeha Kanwal started Spring Buds School in 2018. She is an A Levels
English educator and teaches at Nixor College, The City School PAF Chapter and Highbrow College.
That background shows in what the school asks children to do. They plan a piece before
they write it, redraft it after marking, and read their work aloud to the class. The
older grades enter competitions run by other organisations, which is the only outside
test of what a school teaches. More on how the school started, and
on Miss Fareeha Kanwal herself.
Create for Peace 2026
A writing competition run by MindCarver. Our students took Silver and Bronze in the
Creative Writing category, and others were recognised as Young Peace Advocates. The
medals and certificates were handed over at the prize distribution on 3 June 2026.
A Silver award in the Creative Writing category, 3 June 2026.
How does a child get a seat?
Admissions open for the 2026-27 session, for every level from Play Group to Grade 8.
No fee figure appears on this site. Fee details are shared on a school visit or on
WhatsApp, and need based scholarships exist for families who
ask.
Our timings are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Mornings are when lessons run.
We work out the level together
We talk through which of the 13 levels your child is ready for, and walk you around
the rooms while they are in use.
Bring the documents we ask for
The list differs by level and by what a previous school has issued, so we send it on
WhatsApp instead of printing a general one here.
The form is filled in at school
There is no online application on this site, on purpose. Nothing is uploaded; the
papers are handed over in person.
Play Group to Grade 8
All 13 levels run in the 2026-27 session, in three stages.
PG
The Montessori stage
Play Group, Pre Nursery, Nursery and Montessori
Days are built around talk, songs, movement and real things to handle, with English
spoken from the first morning. By the Montessori year a child chooses a piece of work,
carries it to a mat, finishes it and puts it back. That is how independence gets taught
here rather than talked about.

KG
The primary section
Kindergarten, then Grade 1 to Grade 5
Kindergarten is where the work turns formal: reading simple books unaided, sentences
instead of single words, numbers to a hundred. By Grade 5 students take notes from the
board and sit longer papers.

What parents wrote
Three recommendations published on our Facebook page between December 2018 and September 2019.
“Early age education roots go deeper in character building and personality which stay as long a man lives in this planet. As an educationist I vouch and support efforts of Ms Fareeha. May ALLAH fulfill her goal to achieve the best in her domain and inculcate such persona in our children that make them Role models for others.”
