Admissions open for the 2026-27 session. How admission works

Admissions for the 2026-27 session

Admissions open for the 2026-27 session at Spring Buds School in Federal B Area Block 11, for all 13 levels from Play Group to Grade 8.

There is no form on this site to fill in. You message us on WhatsApp, or you come to the school on a weekday morning while lessons are running, and the rest of it happens in a conversation.

How admission works

  1. Send a message, or walk in

A WhatsApp message is the quickest way in, and walking up to the gate on a weekday between 8:00 AM and 1:30 PM works as well. Come in the morning, because that is when lessons are running and there is something real to watch.

  2. A conversation, then a look around

First the talking: which level fits, what a morning here holds, and whatever you came in to ask. Then the rooms, while they are in use and with children in them. You do not need an appointment, though a message beforehand helps if there is one level in particular you want to see.

  3. The level follows a date of birth

Send us the date of birth on WhatsApp and we will name the level before you come. No age table appears on this site, because a table is an average and the answer you need is about one child. A child moving from another school should tell us the class they finished as well, and bring the last report card on the day.

  4. Which papers do we bring?

Ask on WhatsApp and we will send you the exact list. What is needed at Play Group is not what is needed at Grade 6, and a previous school may have issued papers that save you a step, so the list is written for your child rather than printed here for everybody.

  5. The form is filled in at school

The form is paper, and it changes hands in person. We would rather meet a family before a name goes on anything, which is why nothing here is submitted online. Fill it in with us, with the documents beside you, and ask about whatever is still unsettled while you have someone in front of you.

Nothing about a seat is settled on this website. It is settled at the school, when the form and the documents are handed over. If a level is full when you come, we will say so then rather than leave you waiting on it.

What to bring, and when to come

This is the whole of what a first visit needs. The rest gets worked out in the room.

Which class will my child join?

All 13 levels are open for 2026-27. Which one your child joins is worked out with you, not on this page.

The Montessori stage

Play Group, Pre Nursery, Nursery and Montessori

Play Group is the first year at the school and the start of this stage. For a child who has not been to school before, this is the stage to ask about, and the level inside it follows the date of birth. If you are moving a child in part way through the stage, tell us which of the four they were in and what they were working on.

The four Montessori levels in detail

The primary section

Kindergarten, then Grade 1 to Grade 5

Kindergarten opens the primary section, and it is where reading, writing and number work turn formal. For a child moving in at this end we look at the class they finished as well as the age.

What Kindergarten to Grade 5 covers

The middle section

Grade 6, Grade 7 and Grade 8

These three run on a full timetable with subject teachers, so an admission here starts with the subjects already covered.

Ask about the fee before you decide

No fee figure appears anywhere on this site.

You will hear the number on a visit, or in a WhatsApp thread. It stays off this page because the one that matters is the number for the level your child would join in the coming session, and a general figure printed for everybody is not that number. Ask us early rather than late, and ask in plain words: it is not a question anyone here minds.

Need based scholarships exist here. If money is the reason you are hesitating, say so early in the thread rather than at the end of it, and the scholarships page sets out how a family asks and why no criteria, amounts or counts are published.

Two other pages are worth reading before you decide. Three recommendations published on our Facebook page between December 2018 and September 2019 are quoted in full, with their dates, on the parent reviews page, and the science fair, entrepreneurship day and the prize distribution of 3 June 2026 are on the events page.

Questions about applying

The four admissions questions from our FAQs, kept here so you do not have to go looking for them.

Timings, uniform, the school day and the areas families travel from are answered on the FAQs page. Anything left over is better asked directly: and one of us will write back on a weekday.

Are admissions open for the 2026-27 session?

Yes, for all 13 levels from Play Group to Grade 8. Come to the school on a weekday between 8:00 AM and 1:30 PM, or message us on WhatsApp first and we will tell you what to bring with you. Fee details are shared on that visit or on WhatsApp, never on a page like this one.

How do we apply for a place?

Message us on WhatsApp at +92 334 3714894, or walk in on a weekday between 8:00 AM and 1:30 PM. We talk through the level your child is ready for, walk you around the rooms and hand over the form in person. There is no online application on this site, on purpose: we would rather meet you first.

What documents should we bring?

Message us on WhatsApp first and we will send the exact list. What is needed differs by level and by what a previous school has issued, so a general list on a web page would only send you home for one more paper. Nothing is uploaded anywhere; the documents are handed over at the school.

How do we know which class our child should join?

Message us on WhatsApp with your child’s date of birth and we will confirm the level. We would rather give one family the right answer than print an age table that fits nobody. If your child has been at another school, tell us the class they finished and bring the last report card along.
